Loot Distribution:

1) Element uses an open bid DKP system.

2) All bids will be posted in Element in game chat channel.

3) Mains may bid for any class usable item. You must be of level to use the item.

4) Mains not of level to use the item may bid if no Mains that can use it bid.

5) Minimum bid 3 DKP for items.

6) Minimum bid 1 DKP for transmuted components.

7) Masters will be randomed among those Mains that need it.

8) Only Members are eligible to receive Masters.

9) Masters that no Mains need but a Recruit can use will be held in the guild bank until the Recruit receives Member status.

10) Masters not needed by any Mains or Recruits may be sold on the broker with funds going to the guild bank.

Alt Loot:

1) Items which are not bid on by Mains are eligible for Alts to loot.

2) Only Members are eligible to roll for Alt loot.

3) Members may roll for Alt loot for any of their Alts.

4) Raid Alts have first priority for Alt loot. Any roll for loot for a Raid Alt must be announced in Element chat channel prior to the roll being made.

5) Alts not yet of level to equip the item may roll on loot when last call is made provided no others have rolled on the item.

6) Alt loot will be distributed on a random 1000 basis with the winner paying 25 plat to the guild.

7) The 25 plat is to be deposited into Element Guild Bank 4.

8) Alt loot payment is to be made before the next raid. Anyone with outstanding debt is not eligible for further Alt loot until paid in full.

9) Alts may purchase Masters from the guild at 1/2 the broker asking price or 15 plat, which ever is greater.

Alt Master Spells:

1) Master Spells which are not needed by Mains may be eligivle for Alts to loot.

2) Before a Master is offered to alts, it must be verified that all Member Mains of that class have that Master. If any Member who might need the Master is not on the raid, the Master will be held in the Guild Bank until it can be confirmed whether or not the Member needs the Master. If the Member does not need the Master it can go for alt loot at the next regularly scheduled raid.

3) Masters that a Recruit needs will be held in the Guild Bank and will given to the Recruit once they achieve Member status.

4) Officers may elect to hold certain classes of Masters in the guild bank for recruitment purposes.

5) Only Members are eligible to roll for Alt Masters.

6) Raid Alts have first priority for Alt Masters. Any roll for a Raid Alt must be announced in Element chat channel prior to the roll being made.

7) Alt Masters will be distributed on a random 1000 basis with the winner paying 25 plat to the guild.

8) Alts must be of the appropriate level to be eligible roll for Masters. For example, for Tier 9 Master Spells the alt must be between level 81 and 90. Alts level 80 and below would not be eligible to roll.

9) The Officer taking care of loot for that event will note which toon the Master was won for and will loot and hold the Master until after the raid. In order to claim the Master, the winner must deposit 25 plat into Element Guild Bank 4 and then go to the Officer who has the Master with the toon the Master is for.

DKP System:

1) Everyone on raid or sitting on standby earns 1 DKP per hour.

2) You must have the DKP to bid on an item and connot go negative on an item that onlyone else is bidding on.

3) In the event that only 1 person wants an item but does not have the base cost they will be allowed to go negative.

4) Bids must be higher than the previous bid. The only exception to this is "All In" bids. If player A bids 15 DKP first, and player B only has 15 DKP, player B may bid "All in 15 DKP". If player A cannot, or choses not to increase the bid to 16 DKP, then player A and B will random for the item.

5) Points will be posted to our DKP web site as soon as possible, usually within 2 days of a raid. Please be understanding that Officers have jobs also, and while we will make every effort to keep Points up to date, a rare occasion may occur where Point won't be updated before the next raid.

6) Only Points posted on the DKP web site will be counted, regardless of any pionts you may have earned in a raid that has not been posted yet.

7) Points spent will be deducted at the time they are spend.

8) All points earned will go to your designated Main regardless of what character you are playing during the raid.

9) No points may be transferred from player to player.

10) Once a bid has been placed you cannot retract it so bid very carefully.

11) It is your responsibility to check your points prior to raid time.

Standby Policy:

1) To be eligible for standby DKP and to be able to go infor loot you must be logged into Vent and be available to join the raid quickly if needed.

2) While in a standby status you may log onto an alt, craft, quest, or group with other Element or Trauma members. Pleas do not join pick up groups or other raids while on standby.

3) People on standby may bid on loot in accordance with the loot policies. If you are on standby and wish to roll on Alt loot, send a tell to the person conducting the loot auction and ask them to roll for you.

4) Keep the DKP Officer inform of your status. If you log out and are not longr available but do not let the DKP Officer know, you will not get DKP for any of the night as we do not know when you became unavailable.

5) The purpose of this policy is to allow people to let others in raid for whatever reason without concern that are losing DKP or the possiblity of being able to get an item.

6) It is your responsibility to keep the officers informed of your status.

Element Guild Bank Split:

1) Must be a Member to receive Guild Split.

2) Minimum 60% attendance in the last 30 days to get a split.

3) 250 plat Guild Bank buffer and Guild Hall Expenses for both Element and Trauma will be deducted from Guild funds prior to the split.

4) Standard rounding will be used calculating member distrbution and the buffer used as necessary to make up any shortages if needed.

5) Split Method: Guild Bank Total - Guild Hall Upkeep (Element + Trauma) - Bank Buffer * ( Your Attendance% / Total Attendance % of everyone over 60%)

6) Split calculated and posted in Guild Bank thread on or about the 1st of each month by the Bank Officer and will be mail out no later than the 5th of each month.

7) Please ensure your mailbox has at least one open slot. If the Bank Officer receives a "Mail Box Full" message from any Member while mailing out the split they will notify the Member and attempt to mail the split again. If 5 days have passed and the Member's Mail Box is still full, the plat will go back into the Guild Bank.
